Nestled in the HDB estate, Da Hua Teochew Minced Meat Noodles has a loyal following for their authentic prawn noodles. Providing good amounts of fresh ingredients seemed to be the secret to their success. The owner hopes that as we celebrate Singapore's Golden Jubilee, all citizens can enjoy good fortune and health. He also hopes that more locals will be willing to learn the trade so that authentic hawker food will be passed down for generations to come.
