With the chef's name on the signboard, Le Steak epitomises the dedication and passion its chef has to the food that he serves.  Innovation is key as Chef Amri continues to explore new ways to present food to his patrons. Despite his success, he is open-minded, willing to learn and seeks to improve. Humble, Chef Hamri does not attribute the success of Le Steak to himself alone. He insists that it is the strong bond among the entire crew that  ensures a high quality dining experience for his patrons. Chef Amri is a proud Singaporean and expresses his appreciation for the strong foundation laid down by our pioneers. He extends his well-wishes to Singapore and hopes that Singapore will remain resilient so that he can expand his business beyond her shores and bring a taste of Singapore to the rest of the world.
