Bak Chor Mee of Seng Huat Coffee House started in 1969 and was set up by the current stall owner's father, selling only fishball noodles and Bak Chor Mee. Although the stall hired many helpers, the operational services were done by the owner himself. The success of the stall would not have been possible if it were not for the perseverance of the owner's father. Joining in the spirit of SG50, the stall owners wish that Singaporeans can continue to be united and that the youngsters of today can strive and help Singapore prosper over the next 50 years.
